It was moved by Mike Welsh, seconded and unanimously agreed that HYRA will cover the cost of 1 telephone line and for electricity for the headquarters building beginning April 15th.  Discussion on this motion stressed the importance of the headquarters building on the operational functions of HYRA and the support RHORC has provided HYRA in the past.

General discussion ensued regarding the role of HPHRF in awarding seasons point and regarding the handicapping system.  It was agreed to table further discussion on either of these issues because the fleet should hold its own discussions before approaching HYRA.
